Double Trouble huhuhu

Had an interesting conversation with my parents last night. .We talked mainly on my current diet program and generaly my life.For the life part, biaselaa, biler nak beli rumah, biler nak kawin and q like that laa kan..As for my diet program, i've told them thatI've finaly hit the double digit weight mark!! huhuh. Took my weight count yesterday n it was 99.6kg!!.They were kinda speechless at first hahahahah. I've remembered the first day i told my parents that im gonna change my life style n seriously reduce my weight. At first, they were sceptical (yealaa u too if u know how many times i've tried n failed miserably).

They were sceptical but still they gave me hope and morale support (and also financial support = buying the bicycle machine is not that cheap oooo). My mum would prepare fat free dishes for me for the first 2 - 3 month of my diet program. That really helped. I've reduce my rice intake (at first it was hell) but after the 3rd month my body lost the urge to eat rice laa.. now i eat rice on kendurikawin or any special occasions. I've stopped drinking soda's and all canned drinks and stick to my all time fav drink = air suam.Hohoh, it did wonders man.

Seriously dude, without my parents, i dunt think i would make up to this point. They believed in me when all hope seems to fade away,like when i've stuck at 117kg for a looong time n still my dad keeps on encouraging me and slamberjer made a bet with me, a bet that i won last night! What i remembered laa kan what my dad said to me:


Dad: "Kalau **** dapat sampai 100kg, ayah bg rm**** utk tukar semuer baju2 lame ****"


Yehaaa! Atlast, finaly huhuhu. I wont have any problem changing all my wordrobe heheh. Gonna hold on till ive reach 80 or maybe 75kg n im gonna have the biggest shopping spree of my entire life heheheh. Im also thinking of inviting my close friend for some makan2 to celebrate my double digit weight laa... what do u think eh? ehehe.. Logik tak? or celebrate when ive reach my ultimate goal? = 70kg? Tak kesah laaa.. eitherway im still gonna have the makan2 just the time jer tak confirm. And last night was also funny. My mum took out some of my dad's current long sleeve shirts and blazers for me to try it on. And they all fit flawlessly heheeh. Demn man. i just realized that i wont have to buy any working attire for atleast the next 10 or 20 years heheh. My dad's being gov officer with a huge collection of tie's, blazers and long sleeve shirts contributed to my later conclusion huhuhu.Walaaawei, my options are endless.

So now, what is left for me to do is to refresh and set a new target that is 90kg and strive for
it. hehehe.Thinking back of all the hardship and trouble ive force myself to endure all the past 6month makes me smile hehehe. You seriously wont know your limit till u force it on urself. Im just glad that all my hardwork is not wasted and shown its benefits. Oklaaa, its raining here sremban n im kinda sleepy n tired hehehe. Ill try updating soon. Have a wonderful Sunday n chiow!!

My first official concert..huhuhu

My first official concert ever... huih!! It was super exhilarating. All what I dream it to be. All that I imagine it to be. Worth every rm182 for the tickets (although getting the most expensive tickets wouldn’t make any diff at the middle and end of the show... hehehe). The venue was cool for me, the crowd - SIMPLY superb. Cool intreactions with the performers and its all for a good cause. The Forces of Nature concert. Yep.. i went there, felt the ambience and experienced a quite new and unique thing yesterday heehe. To tell you the truth, I really didn’t want to go (concert, wild party, disco, ---- is seriously not my "thing", but a good seduction (racun aaa) from a good friend plus it was really for a good cause) made me succumb to temptation hehe, so there goes my rm182.

So being me, and luckily Fridays was the official e-learning day (kursus naik pangkat ooo heheh) for my company and that seriously gave me a head start for the day. After finishing the course around 3.30pm I went back to gasing and manage to jog (huih.. slamat..) and did some exercizes at the um gym while waiting for jack, affy n haizal to come. Prepared awhile n after 7.10 we were off to stadium Puta Bukit Jalil. Arrived around 7.30pm and met Stone,n took a whole lot of pic in front of the venue (a fotopages must see hehe) b4 finaly entering the stadium. Our seats were located at the right upper deck of the arena and its quite faaaaarrrr from the main stage but still recognizable (luckily there were the big screen projectors).

Lauren Hill was the first artist to takeup stage (btulka??) Then our local artist such as inuendo, Annuar zain, dayang nurfaizah(laa sedih giler..skit jer part dier hehe), Sheila Majid (my fav) took the stage n seriously I was impressed!! Damn, sedap giler heheh especialy the lagu jauh-zainal abidin tuh.. perghhh meremang bulu roma tuh hehehe.In between shows, forces of nature ambassadors such as Michele Yeoh, Jacky Chan, took time to explain the whole purpose of the concert and urge ppl to lend a helping hand for the tsunami victims.

Huhhuu, the crowd went totally crazy with the likes of Boyz2Men, Wyclef, Backstreet boys, Black eyed peas. But seriously laa dude, i never imagined that I would like seeing Backstreet boys real life here in Malaysia??? hehehehe bestt oooo, plus they sang a new song from their upcoming new album scheduled to be released this June heheheh.. See, first hand dapat dgr tuh.. (Me and Stone predict this song will become a hit) heheh… the only lyric that got stuck in my mind is “ Incomplete….heheheh”. Dang, tak rugi sial hahahaahah. demn demn demn, huhuh BESTTTTT HAHAHAHAHA.

I personaly liked wyclef jean way to get the crowd banging their asses off the ground. The whole "Ok Malaysia.... put up your lighter. Or even put up our handphones up" perghhh lawa sial... Damn, the lighting effect, like magic oooo huhuhu..

Sweeeeeet….

Jack and affy went totaly crazy when Boyz2Men performed. Huuhuhu. Klaka sial, kene rasuk duh. They were like LALAALALALAL. Then Erin came and invited us to venture to the unknown heheh. So slambe we all turun to the more expensive seating seats n slamber jer entered to the rm500 plus seats heaeheehehe.. its totaly worth it. Wooohooo, you could feel (SERIOUSLY FEEL BEB) the sound passing through you.

I sat quietly during the whole bsb and black eyed peas performance cause I was damn tired n sleepy (its like 1.30 am dah) n finally Black eyed peas ended the show with their kick-ass show. Respect laaa these international artist nih. It’s almost close to 2am but they were still energetic and gave their best performance. Sesh, memang berbaloi my rm182, just I wished we had less expensive tickets hehehe (still leh masuk gak the rm500+ seating area heheh).

So that’s it. We had a really great night!! Although it was a lil tiring (7 hours of excitement hheeh) it definitely worth it. I’m actually looking forward for any interesting concert in the near future.

Mayday! Mayday!

As usual took my weight count today. What a surprise hehehe... its 102.4kg!! Took 2 - 3 count just to confirm it. I even took pic of my digital weight counter n use it as my wallpaper at home heheheh, Skit lagi 100kg huhuh.

I went searching for my side mirror today. Huh, demn hard to find my car model for replacement. Called Honda last Friday and they told me that its like rm900 altogether (painting included) n i was like wtf??? RM 900 for only a side mirror. Man, they must be joking laa. So, now after refusing the Honda offer, im asking if people out there who happened to come across a half cut or the side mirror itself to give me a msg. Mayb we can make out a deal huhuhh. btw my model is the Honda Civic Year 2000 - 2001 (correct me if im wrong laa)


p/s: they didnt show SEPET in GSC Seremban (demn!!!) but we (my lil bro n lovely sis) had a good time watching Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. Yuhuu Violet n Sunny r soooo cuteeee!!!! huhuhuhuu

SEPET

Although i watched SEPET on Tuesday, amazingly my mind just wouldnt forget about it!!! Demn, wuhuuu.. the tingling sensation in my tummy, the smile it creates and a rush of warmth flowing through my body whenever i think about SEPET just would not fade away!!! Man, never that i thought a movie (esp a malaysian movie) would have this weird effect on me. Huhuhhu, anyways im gonna watch SEPET again with my family this weekend n hopely after that all this weird feeling would cease to exist heheheh.

Marriage??

Had an interesting chat with one of my lady friend today. The fav topic for today i reckon huhu. Marriage, damn a word that seriously sends uncomfortable signals to my deepest part of my brain hehehe. When? Where? Who? Why? (My fav...). These are all the 4w that immediately pop into mind when the word marriage passes through this thick skull of mine. Huih, n one of the hardest q that till now i dunt have the answers. Sesh, pnat ooo. My mum dah cam tanye lebih2 dah. She even did took some xtreme measures (try match making laa)

"Eh, kau nih biler nak kawin", "adik-adik ko semuer dah ade teman, ko tuh biler??"

"Ko nak tau anak auntie x belah sedare ko tuh dah bertunang"

Wohoo..luckily my dad, rileks jer..and countered my mum with:

"Perempuan kat dunia nih banyak, ko sabar dan pilih baik2" huhuhu --- seriously my dad's a savior hahaha.

and the weirdest one. I say its weird cause it came from nowhere. mayb he think i had multiple breakup kot hahaha.. i laugh whenever i think bout that day heheh. At that time we were discussing bout my lil bro relationship (n i think he's gonna get marry first laaa) n my pa just potong n said those words to me heheheh..seriously man, terkejut beruk aku hahaha,.. btw did i told u that my father is the coolest man alive? hehehe. I still play PS2 lawan golf with my dad up to 1am n he plays my PSP too huhuhu

But talking bout marriage laa kan, for me, kalau dah ade jodoh kan, so tak kemane laa tuh.. Just the place n time jer we got to determine by our self hehehe.Plus, i love searching presents for my friends wedding hehe. Its kind like my new hobby for this year. Friday evening...

Heya guys. Its another wonderful Friday evening. Its like 2hr from freedom hehe.. So what r u guys doing this weekend? I have like a plan alredy. This evening confirm i'll be watching a movie and mayb shop for a new casual shoe afterwards. Emmm what brand should i look for eh? I was eyeing on those Timberland's but recently all their new model seems tak menarik lansung.. for me laa..Pening2. Anyhow i got all the advice i need from my trusted gasingers friend n with the likes of Jack, todd, affy, popo.. i can assure u that i'll get what i want tonight heheh.

Tomorrow, i'll be visiting my lil bro at MRSM Kuala Kubu and mayb check on my granny on the way. (She's living in Rawang with my auntie..) So Sunday confirm i'll have a nice and uninterrupted ( btulka spelling??) day of rest heheh,.. so there dudes, i have all my weekend planned out alredy.. do u?? huhu.. anyways, njoy ur weekends n see u next week!!

My Wonderful Monday Morning

Emm yesterday was my payday and i have an interesting story that i would like to share. Yesterday's Mondays is not like any regular Monday where i would prep up for our weekly meetings and hoped to god theres no any funny site visits and etc. Its like an official Sunday (for me laa) working day hehe meaning that all my bosses from the comp director to my fav supervisor aka Project Manager was not around!!! Some of them are on their AL, EL and most of them are attending a major meeting in Perlis heheh. Demn, u should have seen the big smile on my face that morning.

Then at breakfast (i usualy have my bfast at Al-Azwath a mamak stall behind our office), one of my friends uttered this exact words to me:

"Eh Bob, ko pakai long sleeves ker short??"

and the whole table (there were 4 of us) burst into uncontrolable laughter... i was like babi nyer mamat nih .... cis...(i was wearing short sleeves, but because of my recent diet and cardio program that left me like 40kg lighter..thus making the shirt super big for me n resulted like im wearing long sleeves laaa!!!...) perghh susah nyer nak xplain!! hahah..so that morning, been failing to concentrate on my work, i finaly decided to go buy and change all my wordrobe heheh (Hari gaji aaaa, best best).. called a nearby friend and went to Campbell, KL..all on a Magnificient Monday working day hehehe. Arrive there and went to a familiar kedai when the tokey kedai looks amaze hehe. Seriously laa, i've known this tokay for quite some times now and he really looked amazed.

All this months of cardio and simple diets really paid off laa that monday huhu... my shirts from a 5xl size shrunk to 2xl n xl and my seluar heeh get ready for this... from a 48 to a 42!! Hahahahah. b4 this Im like waiting to hit 100kg b4 changing my shirts and slacks but the ridiculously big seluar n baju are really getting on my nerve so ... thats the story for today heheheh...i had a complete change of my working clothes and slacks heheheeh....stay tuned for the 80kg complete change plak heheheh...

n btw wnyone knows whats the biggest size for a levi's?? heheeh gona set my target n get one of those hahahah...

Simple Reminder

Just wanna update u guys on my diet+cardio program. Took a weight count last Sunday and finaly, turun gak to 104kg huh!! The 2nd longest time i stuck on a weight count after 117kg. It was frustrating i tell ya. (seriously when i get frustrated i tend to EAT and EAT ALOT).. luckily i had something and someone in my mind that kept fueling my spirit and determination high!!! THANK GOD AND THANK U TOO... huhuhu. Dang 100kg seems a long way to go.....
