Simple Reminder

Just wanna update u guys on my diet+cardio program. Took a weight count last Sunday and finaly, turun gak to 104kg huh!! The 2nd longest time i stuck on a weight count after 117kg. It was frustrating i tell ya. (seriously when i get frustrated i tend to EAT and EAT ALOT).. luckily i had something and someone in my mind that kept fueling my spirit and determination high!!! THANK GOD AND THANK U TOO... huhuhu. Dang 100kg seems a long way to go.....
