Jaya jusco will be officially open tomorrow. Shit, Jaya Jusco in Seremban? It’s like 2km from my Bkt Chedang home hehe. It’s definitely gonna be like Midvalley for us who lived near UM. Finally after years of pain and agony (tak pun heheh) of going to the same and dull shopping area, with less choice and no value for money item, (terminal one, seremban parade) we finally have another hotspot. Its look like Lian Yik got another competitor to worry about eh? Heheh.

Looking at the participating outlet is enuf to make my budget go haywire. TGV in Seremban 2?. Common man, we (me and stone) can just like go there and catch a movie of our liking in minutes! Talk about location hehehe. Kudos to those people who are directly and indirectly involved in the existence of JJ. It’s like our dream came true.

Seremban 2 property is surely selling like hot cakes right now. Rugi oo tak beli umah dulu sini, to those ppl who didn’t la kan hehehe.
